Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

I, the undersigned participant ("Participant"), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions upon enrollment and participation in the Ethical Hacking and Cyber Security course ("Course") offered by the London International Studies and Research Centre ("Provider"):

1. Provision of Tools and Materials: The Provider will supply the Participant with various tools, materials, and resources ("Materials") intended solely for educational purposes within the scope of the Course.

2. Risk and Legal Consequences: The Participant recognizes the inherent risks associated with the operation of hacking tools and acknowledges that unauthorized or improper use of such Materials may incur legal consequences.

3. Responsible and Ethical Use: The Participant covenants to utilize the Materials in a responsible and ethical manner, strictly adhering to all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations.

4. Prohibition of Illegal Activities: The Participant understands that the Provider expressly prohibits any illegal or unethical activities, including, but not limited to, unauthorized access to any computer systems or networks.

5. Limitation of Liability: The Participant agrees that the Provider, along with its instructors and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the Materials.

6. Indemnity: The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider, its instructors, affiliates, and agents against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from the misuse of the Materials.

7. Lawful and Ethical Intent: The Participant affirms that the skills and knowledge gained from the Course will be applied for legitimate and ethical purposes, such as the enhancement of cybersecurity measures and the prevention of malicious cyber activities.

8. Privacy and Security Respect: The Participant pledges to uphold the highest ethical standards and to respect the privacy and security rights of individuals in the utilization of knowledge and skills acquired from the Course.

Execution

By submitting this electronically signed form, I, certify that I have fully read, understood, and accepted the conditions set forth in this Course Disclaimer and Terms of Use Agreement. I agree to be legally bound by these terms throughout my participation in the Course.

Amendment and Modification

The Provider reserves the right to amend, modify, or update the terms of this Course Disclaimer and Terms of Use Agreement as required and without prior notice.
